POSITION: SALES MANAGER
 
Specialist Independent Social Work company Advanced Child Care Assessments Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. At ACCA we specialise in expert social work investigation and assessments.

We offer a great opportunity for genuine career development and are currently seeking a confident Sales and Account Manager with excellent sales and management skills, who is commercially astute, numerically sound and take pride in attention to detail.
The role
This is a key role in the development of the business. The vacancy would suit an experienced salesperson, who is looking to change and further their career. Experience as a family law solicitor, chartered legal executive or independent social worker would be a distinct advantage.
This nationwide role will offer great scope for growth and business development. Time will mainly be spent visiting customers, with some time in the office (assisting with social media campaigns, sales & marketing materials, following up customer queries etc).
The Responsibilities
  • You will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities and the nurturing and development of the strong relationships that exist with our existing instructing partners
  • You will be the “front of house person” focusing heavily upon the marketing of the business, event management and the identification of new opportunities and openings within a highly competitive marketplace.
  • Efficient sales pipeline management and monthly reporting will form an important part of the role
The candidate
  • You will need to demonstrate a strong and successful record in sales.
  • You must have an appetite to achieve and be tenacious whilst forging and forming enduring relationships with our instructing partners.
  • You will need to be able to work within a telesales and field sales environment.
  • You must have excellent personal presentation, oral and written presentation skills.
  • You will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
